Privacy Policy

FLEXY privacy policy — how we handle data for our booking platform, customer portals, and business workspaces.

Last updated: May 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how FLEXY (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, business workspace, and customer booking portals.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of flexy.am, businesses that register for a workspace, and end customers who book through a business’s branded portal.

Each business using FLEXY operates its own customer portal. That business is responsible for its relationship with its clients; we provide the booking technology as a service provider.

Information we collect

Account and profile data: name, email, phone, business details, staff profiles, and settings you provide when signing up or managing your workspace.

Booking and customer records: appointments, class enrollments, customer contact details, notes, tags, and history stored in your workspace.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Communications: messages you send to us (for example via the contact page) and email delivery metadata for reminders and notifications sent through the platform.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the booking platform, calendars, portals, billing-related features, and support.

To authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

To send service-related emails such as verification codes, password resets, booking confirmations, and reminders configured by businesses.

To analyze aggregated usage and fix errors (see our Cookie Policy for analytics cookies where enabled).

How we share information

With the business you book: when you use a customer portal, your booking details are shared with that business’s workspace users who need them to deliver the service.

With service providers: hosting, email delivery, storage, analytics, and security vendors that process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

For legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account or your business’s workspace is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Businesses may export or delete customer data according to their workspace permissions and applicable law.

Your choices and rights

You may access and update much of your account information in workspace settings.

Portal customers can manage profile details where the business enables self-service, or contact the business directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
